Out of Hours Assistance

We are currently reviewing the out of hours assistance and from 1st May 2023, the current out of hours number will no longer be in use. We will be monitoring this over the next few months and will update this later in the year.

However, our engineers are available Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturdays 8am -1pm, and we aim to attend within 24 hours of being informed about a breakdown, repair, leak or whatever the job maybe.  If the job is reported after these hours, we will endeavour to give this top priority on our return to the office and arrange for an engineer to attend as soon as possible.

We have tried to cover most situations that may possibly arise out of hours and these are as follows: –

  • Caravan gas supply, boiler operation, water supply

To help with this, we offer a complimentary service of checking your caravan prior to your visit to make sure it is ready for your stay, if you wish us to carry out this service, please contact Maureen in the park office, giving us prior notice of your intended visit.  Our engineers can then check your caravan for any boiler faults and/or leaks.  They would also be able to put your heating on for you should your caravan need ‘warming’ up prior to your arrival, all part of the complimentary service.

  • Electrical supply

If you encounter a problem with your caravan electrics after office hours, please contact Kings and Barnhams 24-hour emergency number on 01328 862080. You will be able to speak with an electrician who will be able to come out and assist you.

  • Medical, Fire, Police Emergency

In the event of an actual emergency, please dial 999 for the emergency services or 111 for medical care.

Please also bear in mind that there is a defibrillator installed in the laundry room.

We would suggest that all plot holders take time to check the location, and to study the information displayed. For new visitors to Friary Farm the location can be found on the new plan as shown at the entrance to the park.
